***NOTE***
If you're a new fan of the Streets of Rage series watching this video, and wondering why I didn't just title it "Streets of Rage 3" that's because "Bare Knuckle III" & "Streets of Rage 3" are different. Other than difficulty (with the Japanese release being easier) the big difference between "Streets of Rage 3" & "Bare Knuckle III" is censorship. Up until Streets of Rage 3, the Streets of Rage series (1 & 2) would mostly remain untouched aside from changing the title from "Bare Knuckle" to "Streets of Rage", and minor changes in Streets of Rage 2 such as changing Sammy's name from "Sammy Hunter" to "Eddie 'Skate' Hunter", and censoring Blaze's upskirt. In Streets of Rage 3 there was a removal of a homosexual character, censorship/changes to female character sprites, character name changes, changing the color palette of Axel, Blaze, & Skate, changing a character from "General" to "Police Chief", and changing "The White House" to "City Hall". Due to all the changes made to Streets of Rage 3 when it was localized in the West, a lot of fans of the Streets of Rage series see Bare Knuckle III as the superior version of the third installment.
