A ROM hack that I found originally on Steam for the Sega Genes Classics (which, to be honest, uses a very garbage emulator). I decide to patch the ROM and use it on a good emulator, in this case, Genesis Plus GX. Tim Allen, Home Improvement sound effect, which I think adds some hilarity :D
