So, Soul Satellite is really weird where it's better to use it in conjunction with another weapon. It has it's own projectiles that it can shoot, but they only do 1 damage. However, you can swap weapons and still have the shield up. This means you can put up the shield then swap to the Buster to do more ranged damage. I don't know why they designed it like this. Rolento is weak to the Soul Satellite, but only the shield part. The projectiles it fires do 1 damage to him. So, if you want to do this fight optimally, you'll be constantly be switching between Soul Satellite and the Mega Buster to maintain the shield, but also to maximize damage. It doesn't help that there's no quick swap input to switch to the Mega Buster like most games have (usually it's the switch weapon right and left inputs at the same time), so you'll have to open the menu each time. Also, most of the stages in this game are straight lines. That's really boring.
