Because the original Street Fighter II World Warrior was just not enough. I have wanted to modify the original ROM version of the game to include the ability to play as the bosses. But that was just not enough for me. So I have made this version, which also adds the mysterious character Sheng Long. He appears as your P2 partner in training mode, and as a hidden boss in arcade mode.
