(No, this is ONCE AGAIN not MUGEN, lol)

Last year I showed off a romhack of SFII from Brazil called SF2MIX which took the classic Capcom fighter and added tons of sub-systems and new moves and features to it, transforming it into something that SNK would've probably made. Now, this year, I am showing off a slightly less rigorous but still notable romhack of similar origin.

Like SF2MIX, PRIME takes the typical gameplay of SFII and throws all sorts of modernizations into it. The game has round-changing backgrounds, back dashing (normal dashing instead of running compared to MIX), short/long jumps, SSF2 voice samples (a MINOR amount of modern SF ones though), the removal or randomized damage, a visible Stun count, and a counter-hit system. The cast gains moves that they normally would have in SSF2, and with certain QoL changes (here: Chun's Tenshoukyaku is a DP motion and Kikouken is QCF).

The AI seems a BIT easier than MIX but still can be cracked at times, you can absolutely tell when in the playthrough it decided that warm-up was over for Chun-Li and started to beat the breaks (...and clothes) off her here despite being "normal difficulty*.

Still, we got a game to showcase, so here's Chun doing her thing.
