I've been noticing an eerie trend of popular streams and even youtubers being plagued with depression and sadness. After looking into their stories and hearing many of these people confess their feelings, I noticed there was many similarities and common themes amongst them. The root problems that cause depression are things like stagnation in life, the lack of a healthy social life, and not fulfilling natural human needs like eating healthy and regular exercise. I don't mean to come off as being too preachy, but I felt this was a very interesting phenomena and I wanted to offer some solutions and ways out of it instead of just looking at this from afar, because I've gone through and probably will continue to go through what many of these people do when it comes to depression. I know the issues I talk about in this video are things we can all relate to, share your stories, tell me what you think, and give some feedback to those who may need it the most.

As always, I really appreciate you guys watching, if you enjoyed this video leave me a like and if you want to see more, please subscribe!
