This guide will run through the game under 2 hours, show you the optimal route and get you towards that trophy easily. Be careful though, I've played casually and didn't make it, so I had to play the game for the third time. There is not much space to wonder around, and especially not enough to restart checkoints more than few times. You can quit and backup your save on an auto-save points, and when loading the game you can see your timer. Compare with timestamps of this video, and you will know whether you are on the right track. Just a hint: from the cage chapter at the end, you need at least 21 mins; I did that part perfectly and it took me around 19. I though there is a room for being a bit slower, but there isn't!
