When Eli and Virginia, two teens bearing scars of the past, find each other in the sleepy seaside town of Sandcastle their entire world is turned horribly inside out. From quiet suburban homes giving up their perverse and deadly secrets to a massacre on the streets of Baltimore and a horrific act of retribution, the young lovers fight desperately to hold on to each other.
