The Game Factory did release a Windows port of the game in 2007, around the same time as the PlayStation 2 version, but it wasn't widely released apart from Europe hence why it is believed to have been cancelled. I saw a download link to it on an abandonware site, and I was intrigued as it may have been just the PS2 ISO bundled with an emulator, but lo and behold it really is the real deal.
