Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos | Strawberry & Milk - The Best Cocktail Garnish? @KevinKos | Uploaded March 2023 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
In this episode I make a cocktail with Strawberry & Milk garnish (and it might just be the best cocktail garnish yet!). It's a Zero Waste Cocktail with Strawberry Cordial I'm calling the Strawberry Yogurt! Strawberries and Lillet Rose come together for a low ABV and zero waste cocktail perfect to celebrate International Womenâs Day. But I also wanted to make it taste like yogurt (without using any). You may remember we made a similar combination of flavors last year for a Valentineâs Day drink, but today weâll make a special cocktail with a Strawberry Cordial with lactic acid and whey for a yogurt-like experience. Weâll also make a special garnish with some quick homemade Milk Crackers and Strawberry Jam from the leftover strawberries to make this a sustainable, creamy and rich cocktail. So get ready for a culinary-heavy episode of Cocktail Time - and maybe get an order for a bouquet of flowers for that special lady as well. Cheers!
