I used to play this all the time at a pizza place near where I used to live. It was so cool, you could bowl with a trackball (hell, the game even says it was "the hit of the Nineties", although I actually played it in the early 2000s. :P)
Strata Bowling has three modes, regular (your ordinary ten-pin game), Strike or Die (if you don't strike, you lose the frame), or Flash (time your shots to get more points).
