I got this strange start screen after launching the Resident Evil 3 2020 Remake Demo. Instead of the usual Nemesis, I was presented with a dark cloudy sky background with a block of gray on the bottom portion of the screen. The game continued to function and began to load when I encountered the second strange screen. There was an illuminated building in the distance off to the left and what appeared to be a zombie in the center of the screen floating in a fog. I accidentally paused the game and it was gone, the first cut scene loaded and the game ran normally from that point on.
