I was lucky enough to capture what I think was a weather balloon in the sky west of Concordia, KS on the evening of June 11, 2022, just after sunset. At times, the object appeared to be slowly moving southward, but often it seemed to pause in mid "flight" (probably due to air currents).
It was shaped like a rounded-off cube, and the faces of the sides were dome shaped, protruding slightly. The glowing circular sections you see are the outline of those "domes" reflecting the receding sun's light. The camera angle in this video is about 50 degrees above the horizon.
I used the Super Zoom Nikon P900 camera for all this footage. The extremely close shots were at FULL digital zoom (166X!). That's what allowed me to see that the balloon had something connected to or hanging from it (the dark structure at 6 o'clock).
