A witness in Detroit, US reported witnessing a cigar-shaped object behaving in a way that's never been witnessed before. The primary witness reports that he was at home when he noticed a 'cigar-shaped' object. He ran back to the backyard and soon found the object flying North. As we watched the object go straight up, gaining in altitude, hover, then decline in altitude again. There wasn't any sound, fire, or tail trailing smoke as it moved. According to the witness, the vehicle was moving at a speed faster than a helicopter could move with no noise and no clear flight path. It was literally just floating from side to side, he said.
