GUMBALL 3000 MEXICO MAYHEM! 🇲🇽 Dave & Damon Stranded, Michelle Rodriguez Breaks Down, Tire Carnage Everywhere!
What was supposed to be another unforgettable leg of the Gumball 3000 rally turned into absolute chaos across Mexico. From the moment we left Monterrey and headed toward San Miguel de Allende, everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong.
Thousands of passionate fans lined the streets throughout Mexico to welcome the Gumball 3000 and Daily Driven Exotics crew. The energy was unreal. Crowds packed the roads, city centers, checkpoints, fuel stops, and rally routes as exotic cars from around the world made their way across the country. The support from the Mexican fans was on another level.
But the rally quickly turned into a survival mission.
Dave and Damon faced one challenge after another as the DDE McLaren suffered major mechanical problems, leaving them stranded far from where they needed to be. What started as a small issue became a rally-ending nightmare that threatened to derail the entire adventure. With limited options and hundreds of miles still ahead, the team had to figure out how to keep moving.
Meanwhile, Michelle Rodriguez from Fast & Furious was driving the legendary Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG that DDE loaned her for the rally. What should have been an incredible road trip through Mexico became its own adventure when she found herself stranded and dealing with problems of her own. Seeing one of Hollywood's most recognizable automotive stars stuck on the side of the road during Gumball 3000 was definitely not on anyone's bingo card.
