Whatβs in my Lunchbox? by Chris Butterworth is the perfect story to help kids learn about where food comes from and why itβs important to make healthy choices. In this read aloud + lesson video, students will practice sequencing, learn about different food groups, and explore the journey food takes from farm to table.

Pause after each page to ask: βWhere do you think this food comes from?β
After the story, have students draw their own lunchbox with healthy foods inside.
