**EDIT** - PoB has been updated with a Queen's Hunger + Leash of Oblation setup as suggested by @MrMcStachio down in the comments. This can be seen under the item set labeled '@MrMcStachio Idea', and is truly a significant boost to the build. The numbers are very impressive, although it demands we find a way to significantly boost our %Increased Duration stat (currently at 9.834s out of a total required 15 for all 3 offerings to be up 100% of the time).
A SECOND BUILD GUIDE!? It's more likely than you think. Haven't touched Storm Burst in a while, wasn't on my bingo card for Secrets of the Atlas, but here we are and here it is. Elementalist got buffed. Support Golems got buffed. Storm Burst got buffed. Self-Casting got buffed. Channeling got buffed. Was it enough? Yes. Yes it was.
