60 Vigor, 16 MIN, 26 END, 19 STR, 16 DEX, 10 INT, 80 FTH, 10 ARC

Flame Art Omen Cleaver +25
Erdtree Seal +10 (any seal works tho)
Armor: Divine Beast Head, Rakshasa armor for rest

Physic: Flame-shrouding Cracked tear, Oil tear
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Enraged Divine Beast, Aged One Exultation, Fire Scorpion
Spells: Golden Vow, Shabriri's Howl
Items: Frenzyflame stone

If you die too fast, you can replace Fire Scorpion with Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman and Howl with Flame Grant Me Strength. That's way more bulky but you'll deal a bit less damage.
