Our staff helped a Black youth who was living in a rural group home. He said he needed a haircut, but the local barbershop didn’t know how to work with Black hair.

Stories like these are real-life examples of how we can help young people with issues or complaints they have about a service provider. If you feel like no one is listening, you’re not being treated fairly or your rights aren’t being respected, you’re not alone.
