Hello friends. I am sharing a video describing the system I have come up with to keep myself organized when it comes to scheduling both design team and other posts as well.
Stamp N Storage (stampnstorage.com/) has the perfect size pockets to hold your projects, stamps and dies along with notes you may need to create your posts. I use one pocket per project and organize them in a plastic bin.
