Breaking up your perfect scroll to remind you✋
Cellulite IS normal.
Even on bodies that are lean. Even on bodies that are strong. Even on bodies that check all the “fitness” boxes✅
I have visible abs. A muscular back. I train hard. I fuel my body well.
And I still carry most of my weight in my legs.
I still have cellulite.
And depending on the lighting or angle, it still messes with my head more than I want to admit.
I’m not sharing this because I think my legs look “bad.”
I’m sharing it because if I—with years of experience, discipline, and a deep understanding of the body—still have moments of doubt, then I know so many of you do too.
We’ve been taught to chase flawlessness. To smooth, shrink, and perfect our bodies until they fit a mold that isn’t even real.
But real bodies have texture.
They have dimples.
They carry strength and softness.
So if you’ve ever looked at your legs and felt like something was wrong with you—this is your reminder:
It’s not your body.
It’s the lens you’ve been taught to view it through.
If this hits home, follow along for more reminders from someone who truly gets it.
