This intervention took place at a local convenience store in Fremont, CA -- as soon as our AI deterrent triggers, the feed is sent to our live guards where they can monitor the situation closely and intervene if necessary. The suspect assumes that the AI deterrent is just a voiceover (without a real human watching), so he continues to try to break-in to the business. As soon as he puts his crowbar to the front door, our Deep Sentinel guard intervenes and immediately sirens our 104dB alarm. The suspect flees the scene instantly, and no damage is done to the local store.
Following standard procedure, our guard then calls local authorities to verify the crime that took place, allowing for the Fremont police department to come assess the situation and start searching for the suspect. Our Deep Sentinel guard also notifies the business owner of the situation, letting him know that we kept his business protected!
