One of the most frequent questions I get asked about the Time Sector system is: if you're not managing your projects in your task manager, where or how do you manage them?
In this video, I want to give you an update on how I manage projects using the Time Sector System and making full use of my digital notes.
I’ll take you through the exact steps of a recent project—updating my "Time Based Productivity System" into the "Quiet Productivity Method"—and show you why this method works far better than trying to manage everything in a traditional to-do list.
You'll see how I structure my project notes, from centralising folder links to categorising next actions and keeping focused using collapsible subheadings.
I also introduce a new addition to my project template: the project log. This simple section lets you instantly see what you did the last time you worked on a project, making it easier to pick up where you left off or provide an update to a boss or client.
You don't need expensive tools or complicated charts, just a system that works.
