They are here! LOL! If Ryu (Dyu) does his axe kick into standing short/light kick, you can punish it with a 4 frame move. If he cancels into donkey kick just block and punish. Also with crouching forward/medium kick into fierce/heavy hadouken you can V-Shift it with the right spacing. It's air tight so analyze risk/reward.
