3 (more) common #AI terms most people don’t know:

Term 1: Grounding.
Without it, AI answers from memory, which may or may not be correct. Hand it the actual document and say "answer from this," and now the response is grounded in something real. Whenever accuracy matters, give the AI something to reference.

Term 2: RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
Without RAG, the AI writes from memory. With RAG, it goes to the library first, pulls the relevant sources, then generates its answer. The rule of thumb: if an AI tool cites its sources, it most likely uses #RAG. If it doesn't, it's guessing.

Term 3: Context engineering.
Prompt engineering focuses on writing a good prompt (task, context, tone). Context engineering focuses on assembling everything the AI needs: background, examples, constraints. Spend your time on the context, not the wording.
