Have you ever walked into the grocery store planning to buy a few things...only to come home with a cart full of items because they were on sale?
I've been there too.
In today's video, I'm sharing how I approach stocking my pantry with purpose. Rather than letting weekly sales determine what I buy, I first make a plan based on what my family actually uses. Then I look for sales that support that plan.
This week I'm continuing my pantry stock-up by focusing on protein, following Leisa Sutton's six-week stock-up plan. Along the way, I'll share how I use my Well-Kept Pantry System to take inventory, replenish what we've used, compare unit prices, and take advantage of Kroger sales and manager's specials without buying things we don't need.
My hope is that this video encourages you to think differently about grocery shopping.
A good sale isn't permission to buy more.
It's an opportunity to buy wisely.
