I realised I was staring my biggest regret in the face: my phone. Waking up and immediately diving into WhatsApp groups, Instagram reels, and nonsense videos before I even thought of the One who gave me this breath.
Our Guru gives us a clear instruction: Rise early and meditate on the Naam. Yet, we delay that peace for a screen.
Itโs time to break the cycle. Before you wipe the sleep from your eyes, letโs wipe the dirt from our minds. Connect to the One straight away and say "Vaheguru". Feel the sun. Feel the change.
