Features:
- underclocking to 36, 18 and 9MHz
- overclocking to 80, 96, 112 and 128MHz(!)
- all times are measured by RTC counter set to LSI clock (as miliseconds counter)
Conclusions:
- at 128MHz STM32 is almost 78% faster than at regular 72MHz but it draws 60% more current
- STM32 underclocked by prescaler is not slower the same factor as DIV value so it is good method to save some energy
