Kicking off the year playing along to some Russell Ferrante/Yellowjackets tunes! I found this trio recording of "Stick-to-it-iveness" the other night, and thought Russell's comping was just phenomenal here on this bass solo section. Russell along with the Yellowjackets have been a massive influence over the years, and this is probably as close as I'll get to playing with them.
