Steven from Steven Universe - Based on appearances from Steven Universe: Save the Light and Steven Universe: Unleash the Light
Steven is a fairly simple character, his main gimmick is the amount of defensive pressure he can apply. A lot of his moves involve summoning a shield of some sort, and these often protect Steven from direct damage. In addition his strong attacks summon walls that defend him and force opponents to have to come in to attack.
Specials:
Neutral; Steven summons a throws a shield, it bounces off opponents and walls
Forward; Steven charges with his shield
Down; Steven opens his cheeseburger backpack and takes out a random item
Up; Steven lunges into the air
I'm planning on making a much more advance Steven character in the future so watch out for that. (might never happen)
