Test your speakers or headphones with this nBeats stereo sound test. It walks through left, right, both, bass, a full frequency sweep, and a stereo phase check so you can hear exactly what your system is doing.
This is a purpose-built nBeats audio test signal. I designed and generated it as a clean, staged check for speakers, studio monitors, earbuds, and headphones. Use it to confirm your left/right wiring, hear your bass response, and sweep the full range for any drop-outs or buzzes.

How to use it
1. Set your volume to a low-to-moderate level first (the bass and high-frequency sweeps can be loud).
2. On "LEFT", only your left speaker/earbud should play; on "RIGHT", only the right.
3. If they are swapped, your channels are wired or set the wrong way round.
4. On "BASS", listen for clean low end (no rattling or distortion).
5. On "SWEEP", listen across the range for any drop-outs, buzzes, or harshness.
6. "PHASE" checks your stereo image; "PASS" ends the test.
What it checks
- Left / right channel identification (which speaker is which).
- Bass response and full-range frequency response.
- Stereo phase and imaging.
Safety:
Start at a low volume. The bass and high-frequency sweeps can be loud and are best kept moderate, especially on headphones and small earbuds. This is a test signal, not a cleaner or repair.
