Stephen Lett of the Watchtower organisation will visit Amsterdam for a special convention.
The "Holland Foundation Against Watchtower Shunning" (SAWS) will organise a peacefull secular protest against organised shunning used as a way to silence critisism of the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Jonas Skogstroll (aka goatlike personality) have been invited to attend this protest, and I am looking forward to cooperate with this very dedicated organisation.
SAWS have an impressive track record and we will talk about their human right focus in general, and the Amsterdam demonstration in perticular.
As a comedian, I like the fact that the protest in Amsterdam is the 4.20 :-)
Stephen Lett will perform in the Johan Cruijff Arena and some people have made the following speculation on how mutch money this will bring:
Speculation:
"The football club who is playing in this stadium, pays 10mio rent per year; roughly 30k per day.
If the JWs rent it for one day I expect rent will be 60k to 100k for a one day event.
If they have 35k JWs you make in donations:
35k x 5 euro average = 175k - 100k = 75k profit
35k x 7 euro average = 245k - 100k = 145k profit
35k x 10 euro average = 350k - 100k = 250k profit"
