Stephen Fry has come under fire recently over some incredibly tame remarks he made on the Rubin Report, where he said that people who feel sorry for themselves should grow up and get over it. As someone who actually has anxiety (not self diagnosed, I'm not a fucking idiot) and has gone through what people could consider "traumatic" experience, I would like to testify in favor of the "Get Over It" tough love method that Stephen Fry is advocating.
