To the Yakuza and Siege fans, I shall now explain the joke:
Stephen is a recurring character in the Shin Megami Tensei series who has always been in a wheelchair. There is a DLC where you fight him in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse in which he stands up and he is very strong. That's basically the joke lol.
