Replacing your hot water heater is something you can totally do by yourself. You don't need to hire a plumber. Typically it can be done in a day, but maybe plan on a weekend if it is your first time. Also plan on making a trip to a local hardware store.
I ordered my 75 gallon tank from Menards, but 40 and 50 gallon tanks can be bought from any big box store like Home Depot or Lowes. They usually sell for less than $800.
In the video i go through every step to remove the old tank, prep, and install the new tank.
