The ACES Equity and Diversity Committee (EDC) held an insightful Q&A session on STEM, COVID-19 and Future Prospects for Researchers, featuring Laura Navarro (Academy of Science) and Dr Adrian Murdock (CSIRO) from the Early- and Mid-Career Researcher Forum, and hosted by ACES EDC Chair Prof Linda Hancock.
The Academy of Science recently published reports on two surveys: a survey on the Impacts of COVID-19 for Early- and Mid-Career Researchers; and STEM Women: One year of impacts and learnings.
The ACES EDC Q&A session examined these reports and invited discussion around the results of these surveys.
