Headhunter is a new Stellar Roles Neutral Killing Role. The Headhunter is given 3 targets to kill every round. If any of these targets die, new targets will be added after the next meeting.
Killing any of these targets will permanently decrease the Headhunter's kill cooldown by 5 seconds. Killing any other player will permanently increase it by 10 seconds.
