Ciro Oliva is a young, highly spirited and proud chef in Naples. His pizza restaurant Concettina ai Tre Santi is named after his great-grandmother and is located in Sanita, one of the poorest but most colorful neighborhoods of the historic city. At the tender age of 18, Ciro took over the family restaurant and he elevated the quotidian neighborhood pizzeria to a restaurant with a sommelier, a tasting menu, new and inventive pizza dishes and a permanent queue in front of the restaurant. ‘Pizza means Soul’, an amiable Ciro Oliva strongly proclaims in Stella, a mouthwatering feel good film following the energetic, always good-natured Neapolitan pizzaiolo. He passionately aims to run the first ever pizza restaurant awarded with a prestigious Michelin Star, as it would greatly benefit Sanita and the city.
