the story: Stefan has been caught by some kind of man they call ''kitsune'', and now he's in the dark dimension, in a prison. Somehow, when Elena sleeps, she can get an out-of-body experience and ''visit'' Stefan. Stefan thinks she's not the real Elena at first, because kitsunes can clone every body that exists. After Stefan found out she's the real Elena, they kiss and share blood and Elena gives Stefan ''Black Magic Wine'', that's wine that can heal vampires and they like it :P. So that's kind of it. At the end you see Elena goes again.
