I asked earlier about any song requests or wishes and this was one of them. Since the title of the song is "Losing your memory" there is a little story behind the video.
The story: Damon sired Elena to forget Stefan and now they are together but you can see there are many parallels between Delena and Stelena that Elena doesn't remember. At the end of the video Damon and Elena got into a fight and Damon accidentally mention Stefan and then Elena says: "Who's Stefan?"

I read on Tumblr that Stefan or Elena might lose their memory about each other so this is how it might look. If it's the way to break the sire bond I will be ok with it because they will fall in love with each other all over again. And all those cute scenes ^__^ Anyway, I am so excited about the next episode and Stefan's and Elena's talk! I hope Stefan will bring sense to her and wake real Elena up! I'm sure they will find their way back to each other, the question is just: when?
