Steeplechase opened at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in 1977 and offers a competitive ride with three lanes racing side-by-side. Manufactured by Arrow Dynamics, the ride takes riders on a journey through landscaped hills and decoration before a raised second half taking riders over the Big Dipper and, more recently, Icon.

Steeplechase is the only ride of its type left in the world, making it incredibly unique and a true asset to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
