Steeple of Malignant Blight possibly has the hardest raw gameplay of anything in Silent Abyss. It also has one of the most recognisable frame designs and areas in the lobby. With a pretty different gameplay style and theme from everything else here, you'll absolutely love or hate this thing. It all depends how well you cope with the strange yet endearing gameplay.
