The STEDI™ ST-X Series LED Light Bars meet specific criteria set out by road regulations in Europe dictating light output and beam throw commonly phased as E-Mark compliant.
These laws do not apply in countries like Australia but basically require the light to be fitted with an option to restrict the power to keep the lumen/light output below the set maximum. This mode will be found in the larger 40 & 50 inch variants but the displayed 12 inch model does not require a restricted mode as it sits comfortably below the maximum light output.
A standout feature found in the ST-X Series LED Light Bars are the optional amber or white DRLs (daytime running lights) which are commonly wired up to accessories or ignition to display a sleek backlight that aids with the clarity of the vehicle during dusk/dawn driving were visibility can be limited, but mostly, we personally just think it looks good.
