Underwater video of the remains of the steamship Sphene, sunk off Portland Bill in 1916.

Includes the failed attempt to lift the helm by the late Alan Dunster using a 100kg lifting bag. (All good deep air divers know that helms need two 100kg bags even if the helm is not concreted into the wreck.)
