TOOLS & MATERIALS USED
✂ scissors (or cutter/ruler)
✂ paper 160 gsm to print the designs on
✂ special papers: tracing paper, dotted paper, baking paper, junk mail paper, etc.
✂ printer (Francesca used an Epson ecotank 2650 inkjet)
✂ strong glue (fabric tac or flash bond)
✂ strong glue for steel (ex. glossy accents)
✂ ink and ink blender (Francesca used the colors ink tea dye and vintage photo)
✂ fabric that you like (I used thin coffee stained cotton and fabric that match the color palette of the kit and sari fabric to embellish) (optional)
✂ 4 cereal boxes (or other boxes)
✂ punch, needle, cotton thread
✂ paper clips
✂ ring binder mechanism for A5 sheets or similar (new or recycled from an old binder)
✂ plastic sheets A5 or similar
✂ binder hole punch
✂ eyelets + eyelets setting tool (optional)
✂ metal embellishments like gears (optional)
✂ stapler
For tea dyed papers:
✂ strong tea
✂ paper 80 gsm
✂ sodium bicarbonate
✂ containers
✂ baking paper
