Big thanks to Mighteyes for giving me feedback on this as I was making it.
I spent significantly longer on this than I should have for anyone's money, but damn it, I enjoyed it. Mostly. I've no idea if this is even remotely relevant anymore but it took me over a month to find the time to finish it so screw it, lol. I've loved the 'Skinner & the Superintendant' scene from 22 Short Films about Springfield for years, so as soon as it became a trend I knew I had to do something with it.
I apologise to anyone expecting something great after 7 months' absence and me crossing the 3K subscriber mark (which I never anticipated would happen before this came out tbh). I'm super appreciative anyway and I know one upcoming project will be more sufficient, so hang tight, my friends.
I'm very busy at University as of last September (as I've mentioned on Twitter before for those who follow me there), but I hope to at least make one or two more things this year in my free time. Thank you for continuing to support me.

Yes, hello, I know Ive been gone for a heck of a while. I was busy with my final year of university for a long time, and made this pretty soon after Id finished up my last pieces of work, but its taken until now for the collab to release. I have a few other things in the works too, but theyre all collab-related so youll have to wait for those as well, unfortunately.
I saw the announcement for this soon after it came out and, upon reading the rules, an idea instantly started to form in my mind. I went on to make this over the course of about four days from scripting to end result, with a handful of tweaks made in the two days after, which makes this the fastest Ive ever produced something of this scale and length. It was certainly quite labour-intensive, I can tell you that much. This version contains a few tweaks made after the collabs submission deadline and lacks the on-screen subtitles (though YouTube CCs are available as usual).
I should mention that this video was made well over a month ago, and, as of writing, news of Wilford Brimleys passing has recently hit. This is an unfortunate coincidence, but I mean no disrespect by his inclusion here, as it hadnt occurred when this video was made. I have some other upcoming projects that also include him in some form and cant be altered, so the same can be said of those once they come out. I have nothing but respect for him and my condolences go to his loved ones.
