testing the claims of increased visuals for steam link pcvr on quest 3, quest 2 and quest pro, increasing resolution of the encode size can be done through a config file but this puts alot more strain on the gpu encoder, at 120hz with my rtx 3080ti this is too much to maintain a smooth experience.

also explaining the missing ethernet functionality on quest 3 when wanting to use with steam link pcvr streaming.

virtual desktop can use ethernet, so i am unsure why icon is grey and can not be started from quest library
