Steam Launch "Ginny L."
Owned and operated by Leif Larsen of Kelseyville, California, U.S.A.
Hull: Cold-molded wood+GRP (fiberglass) construction 30 feet long, 8 feet wide, 3 feet draft.
Engine: Seabury compound team engine built in Nyack, New York in about 1900.
Boiler is a Fred Semple vertical firetube boiler (VFT) with 40sqft of heating surface. Strictly fired on Manzanita wood.
Ginny L.'s steam plant is condensing, meaning she re-uses her exhaust steam after it has been run through a keel condenser and turned back into water.
