This week Schony747 features the operation where a train shunts from the Bendigo mainline to the Victorian Goldfields Tourist Railway. VGR has a crossover that allows access from the mainline which involves safety officers from V/Line giving the train access via the crossover. From Melbourne, the train arrives at the station platform then reverses into the VGR tourist railway. The operation gets even more interesting once the train runs onto the Victorian Goldfields Railway.
