Edit: Glitch Protocol essentially gives us at least a 5 second head start, which also equates to a 5 second free sprint. Also, having the guard lured/distracted first isn't a requirement, it just helps us to not waste a hack on the wrong guard, in case there's another one nearby.
With new changes comes new tricks... Great for solo stealthers!
